Forehead and Scalp Massage with the Amna Tool
Hold the Amna and lightly massage your forehead, using both vertical and horizontal strokes. Continue this motion up to your scalp. Repeat for 3 minutes, or until the skin feels warm.
Eye Area Massage with the Amna Tool
Place your brow between the “fingers” of the Amna and gently move it back and forth in a windshield wiper motion. When you feel the tension release, press the Amna’s “thumbs” into the pressure points around your eyes. Continue until the tension lessens. Gently massage under your eyes along the orbital rim, moving the Amna towards your temples.
Mid-Face Massage (Jaw, Cheek, Chin) with the Amna Tool
Lightly move the Amna back and forth across your cheekbones and up and down along your jawline. If you experience TMJ issues, gradually increase the pressure to alleviate tightness. Next, press the Amna’s “thumb” into the pressure point on your jaw, hold for a few seconds, then gently move it up and down.
Lower Face and Neck Massage with the Amna Tool
Stimulate your jawline by gently sweeping the Anma’s handle down your neck towards your collarbones. Repeat until the tension in this area releases. Finally, use the Amna’s “fingers” to make gentle circular motions above your collarbone, moving outwards.
