August 12, 2024: All commercial vendors will be contacted by Vendor Specialist Mike Halloran to renew their agreement(s) for the 2025 show. The renewal period will last until October 31, 2024.
October 31, 2024: End of renewal period for commercial vendors.
November 1, 2024: Start of open sales for commercial vendors.
November 29, 2024: Deadline for all applications to be received by the show.
December 1 – 14, 2024: Acceptance and Placements Committee finalize floor.
December 15 – 28, 2024: Welcome kits are mailed to all accepted participants. Non-accepted entries are returned to all applicants.
January 15 – 31, 2025: Hot Rod Asylum Acceptance and Placements Committee finalize floor.
February 1 – 15, 2025: Hot Rod Asylum welcome kits are mailed to all accepted Hot Rod Asylum participants. Non-accepted entries are returned to all applicants.
