The second option involves parking the Bronco in the isolated bay and integrating the workshop into the two-car bay alongside the Camry.

- Flexible Space Utilization: This layout offers more flexibility, allowing for overflow from the workshop into the car parking area when needed for larger projects.
- Easier Access for Family Car: The Camry might have more space in the wider two-car bay, making it easier for my wife to manage our toddler in and out of the car.
Cons:
- Reduced Wall Space: The available wall space is significantly reduced in the two-car bay due to the bump-out housing the water heater and sub-panel, limiting options for wall-mounted tool storage and organization within the 3 car garage tool layout.
